“Awake Arm Lift Giveaway” — Official Rules

1.Sponsor
Willis Cosmetic Surgery, MedSpa & Wellness, 15420 Manchester Rd, Ellisville, MO 63011 (“Sponsor”).
2.Entry Period
The Giveaway begins August 5th, 2026 at 12 PM CST and ends September 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST (“Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Entry Period.
3.Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, EXCEPT residents of New York, Rhode Island, and Florida, who are not eligible to enter. This giveaway is open to U.S. residents only; entries from outside the United States are not eligible and will be disqualified. Entrants must be willing and able to travel to Ellisville, Missouri for an in-person consultation and, if selected, the procedure itself. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. By entering, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements.
4.How to Enter
Visit the Awake Armlift Contest Page during the Entry Period and complete the entry form in full, including: (a) your contact information, (b) the Surgical Candidate Quiz, and (c) at least one photo and a written statement describing why you believe you are a good candidate for an Awake Arm Lift. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entry is free; no purchase is necessary.
5.Selection of Winner
Following the close of the Entry Period, Sponsor will review all eligible entries and identify a pool of qualified candidates based on medical suitability (as determined by Dr. Willis) and the strength of the entrant's submitted story (“Candidate Pool”). The winner will then be selected at random from the Candidate Pool. Winner selection is not based on a public vote or a random drawing from all entrants — only entrants in the Candidate Pool are eligible to be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries in the Candidate Pool.
6.Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified privately by phone or email on or before September 8, 2026, and must respond within 48 hours to accept the prize. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond, does not meet eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the Candidate Pool.
7.Prize
One (1) complimentary Awake Arm Lift procedure performed by Dr. Willis at Willis Cosmetic Surgery, MedSpa & Wellness (approximate retail value: $16,000). Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at Sponsor's discretion. Winner is responsible for any costs not explicitly included in the prize (e.g., pre-operative labs, travel, time off work). The prize is contingent on the winner being medically cleared for the procedure following the consultation; if the winner is not cleared, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate candidate.
8.Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, winner agrees that Sponsor may use their name, photos, likeness, and story in connection with this Giveaway across social media, the Sponsor's website, and other marketing materials, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winner will be asked to sign a separate written consent and release prior to any public announcement.
9.Privacy
Personal and medical information submitted through the entry form and Surgical Candidate Quiz is used solely to evaluate entries and administer this Giveaway, and is handled in accordance with Sponsor's privacy practices.
10.General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs its integrity. Sponsor's decisions are final in all matters relating to this Giveaway.
11.Release of Liability
By entering, participants release Sponsor, its officers, employees, and agents from any liability associated with participation in this Giveaway or use of the prize.
12.Platform Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
13.Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
14.Winner Announcement
The winner will be announced live at Sponsor's Grand Opening event on September 10, 2026, and/or via Sponsor's social media channels shortly after, once the winner's consent is confirmed.
