Tinted Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30

All-mineral, broad-spectrum SPF 30 tinted sunscreen provides UVA/UVB protection. Soft, disappearing BB cream blends with most skin tones to help blur imperfections. Soothing antioxidants make it an excellent option for multiple skin types: normal to oily, acne-prone, hyperpigmented, rosacea and post-procedure skin types. UVA vs. UVB: Sun Protection Factor • The sun produces two types of ultraviolet radiation that affect the skin:

• UVA Rays (the aging rays): damage the deeper tissue and are responsible for premature aging and pigment issues as well as melanoma

• UVB rays (the burning rays): damage the outer skin causing sunburns and skin cancers

• Physical sunscreens, less irritating, work by reflecting or blocking the sun’s rays • Chemical sunscreens absorb the ultraviolet rays and breakdown the “bad guys” helping to protect skin against damage

• Antioxidants perform the secondary line of defense by neutralizing the free radicals

Apply liberally and spread evenly by hand 15 minutes before sun exposure. Re-apply after swimming, excessive perspiring, or anytime after towel drying. Use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating.
